Cocoa Biscuit Dessert
Ingredients:
200 grams of biscuits (such as tea biscuits)
1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of sugar
100 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Shredded coconut for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Milk: In a medium saucepan, mix the milk with sugar, cocoa powder, and butter over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is well combined.
Add the Vanilla: Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
Crush the Biscuits: In a bowl, break the biscuits into small pieces.
Mix the Ingredients: Pour the hot cocoa mixture over the biscuits and stir well until the biscuits are fully soaked.
Shape the Mixture: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined mold and press it down firmly.
Chill: Let it cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it sets.
Serve: Once set, cut it into squares and sprinkle shredded coconut on top if desired.

Ingredients:- 200 g of yellow lentils- 1 chopped onion- 2 minced garlic cloves- 1 carrot, diced- 1 potato, diced- 1 tablespoon of olive oil- 1 teaspoon of cumin- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander- Salt and pepper to taste- 1 liter of water or chicken broth- Lemon juice (optional)- Chopped coriander for garnish reparations Method:1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and stir until the onion becomes translucent.2. Add the carrot and potato, and continue to stir for a few minutes.3. Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup broccoli (chopped)
1 cup carrots (chopped)
1 cup zucchini (chopped)
Juice of one lemon
Preparation Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the mixture.
Place the chicken in a baking dish with the chopped vegetables around it.
Roast the chicken and vegetables in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
After finishing, squeeze the lemon over the chicken and vegetables and serve the dish.
